Shipping & Returns

  1. 7-Day Return Window
    PACKS offers a 7-day window from the time you receive your order to initiate a return. For a return to be processed, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Orders marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange.
  2. How to Return
    To initiate a return, reach out to us at support@PACKSclothing.com. If your return is approved, you may utilize a pre-paid label from our Returns Portal, with a $12.00 fee deducted from your refund, or opt for a label from your preferred carrier. Detailed instructions for your return will be provided. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Refunds
    Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund. Discounted purchases may qualify for store credit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you if the refund or store credit has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note, processing times for refunds may vary by banking institution.
  4. Store Credit
    For items purchased at a discount, store credit may be provided instead of a refund. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your store credit.
  5. Exchanges
    Exchanges are permissible for damaged, incorrect, or defective items. Should you require an exchange, please contact us at support@PACKSclothing.com..
  6. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
    Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damage, or discrepancies, contact us promptly so we can assess the situation and make it right.

  1. No Restocking Fee
    PACKS does not impose a restocking fee on returned items.
  2. Final Sale Policy
    Items designated as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Processing times for shipments are usually 1-3 business days. It takes an average of 7-21 business days for delivery of your purchase, depending on location.
